MAG Aerospace is pleased to announce the hire of Vincent Mihalik as a Senior Vice President to lead the Digital Engineering and Communications (“DEC”) Business Unit.  Vincent brings decades of experience in developing, managing, and communicating a global transformation and innovation strategy across the advanced communications and cyber domains.

Prior to joining MAG, Mr. Mihalik held a range of leadership positions spanning operations, strategic growth, and innovation at national security solution providers including Jacobs Engineering, Gartner, and Booz Allen Hamilton. He specializes in corporate and go-to-market strategy, financial performance, and growth of a portfolio of programs across geographies and technical domains, including analytics at the edge and secure ICS/OT solutions.  He has decades of experience where he recruited, hired, trained, and managed a cleared workforce supporting the most sensitive national security projects.

Vincent is a retired Naval Intelligence Officer with more than thirty years of active and reserve service spanning numerous operational and Combatant Commands, including service in multiple National Security Command Centers as an intelligence officer. He holds a B.S. from Penn State University, MBA from Johns Hopkins University, and an MS in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University.
