401(k) Retirement with Company Match

We know planning your retirement is way more fun than saving for it. Who doesn’t want to think about trading work for a permanent vacation? While we can’t make it any more exciting, MAG has set our employees up for success by partnering with Charles Schwab, a leading TPA in workplace retirement programs. Not only that, but MAG will match up to 4% of employee contributions, dollar for dollar into your 401(k) account, fully vested.

Short-Term Disability Benefits

At MAG, we want our employees to focus on their health and be able to take the time they need to heal and recover from unexpected medical events in their lives. For that reason, Short-term Disability insurance is provided to full time employees at no cost, effective on the first day of employment.

This benefit provides 60% of an employee’s base salary for up to 90 days, with the option to extend it to Long Term Disability. In some cases, employees are eligible for day one coverage the first day they are out, with no waiting period.
