Amarillo, TX – November 11, 2016 – Each year, a Veteran’s Day ceremony is conducted at the Texas Panhandle War Memorial. A crowd upwards of 900 participated in this year’s ceremony, thanking our veterans for their service to our country. During this year’s ceremony, on behalf of MAG, Matthew Schleich and Howard O’Dell presented two SUAVs, a RAVEN and a PUMA, to the Texas Panhandle War Memorial. These aircraft will be displayed in the memorials education center, scheduled to be constructed within the next few years. The multi-floor facility will focus on educating area students on the military, veterans, and current/previous conflicts. Matthew stated “It was a great day spent with patriotic and appreciative people.”
