Since MAG was formed, it was based on providing a strategic advantage with Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) technology on the battlefield.

Effective Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) can save time, resources, and most importantly, lives. MAG is the premier provider of turnkey C5ISR services, with our mission to make the world smaller and safer. See why airborne ISR systems are so critical for military and intelligence success:

The Advantage of Airborne ISR Systems Technology

The Air Force has long recognized the logistical and tactical advantages of “globally integrated ISR”. These systems and solutions have aided missions in identifying and assessing threats and targets with greater accuracy – saving many lives in the process.

In 2023, the Air Force will focus on “Revitalizing integration of ISR at the Squadron Level – Air, Space, and Cyber’ through its ISR Research Task Force, looking for ways to increase “operational agility” and incorporate AI technology into ISR operations. This has been the focus for MAG since inception. The Department of Defense (DoD) has prioritized the strategy of looking to private industry for technological advancements that are mission ready.

For NATO, the perspective is similar:

Joint intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (JISR) is vital for all military operations. It provides decision-makers and action-takers with a better situational awareness of the conditions on the ground, in the air, at sea, in space and in the cyber domain.”

The United States’ role in NATO is well documented with the importance of C5ISR technology coming in to focus from the current geopolitical turmoil and ongoing warfare.

MAG has recently made investments to address the escalating near-peer threat environment by expanding our ISR integration, collection, and intelligence processing and dissemination capabilities to apply them to missionizing business jet aircraft. These capabilities enable our military forces to execute A-ISR operations at much greater speeds, duration, and altitude, which significantly increases mission effectiveness.

Outside of international conflict and the need for a strong national defense, how else does airborne ISR technology meet humanitarian and security challenges? Within our borders, FEMA uses aerial surveillance to assess damage after natural disasters, and C5ISR solutions are a critical asset in search and rescue operations.

In addition, C5ISR technology can be implemented to analyze severe weather patterns and systems, conduct environmental or agricultural research, or aid firefighters in combatting wildfires. The U.S. Border Patrol utilizes airborne ISR systems to protect our nation’s borders and combat drug and human trafficking.
