The MAG Palletized Roll On Roll Off (RORO) ISR solution allows the operator of any cargo aircraft equipped with a 463L cargo handling system and hard points to reconfigure between ISR and cargo/passenger missions in well under two hours.

Our palletized system is designed to integrate seamlessly with the 463L cargo handling system and includes an airworthy pallet, an adaptable mission pod, and existing aircraft harness routing provisions. The ultimate in flexibility, our ISR solution can be equipped with EO/IR, HSI, SIGINT, LiDAR, RADAR, or communications systems.

The foundation of the MAG Palletized ISR solution is the 9g airworthy, roll-on roll-off pallet designed by Knight Aerospace. A world leader in C-130, C-390, C-17, KC-46, C-295 palletized systems, Knight’s unique product line is engineered to interface with the cargo handling system with no chains or tiedowns, ensuring rapid installation and removal while remaining airworthy for sensitive mission systems and personnel.

The MAG Palletized ISR solution employs a sensor-agnostic approach utilizing the CPI AdamWorks AgilePod®. The AgilePod is available in multiple captive carriage approved airworthy sizes with EO/IR mounts, transmissive windows, and flexible mounting to support a variety of SIGINT, EO/IR, communication, and RADAR systems.

Engineering Solutions for Next Generation Threats

The MAG Palletized ISR solution will employ Lee Products Engineering Services Inc (LPESI) mission operator seats to provide all day comfort for any mission. A trusted provider of interiors and components for special mission aircraft, the LPESI seats are FAA Certified to 16g and capable of adjusting forward/aft, laterally, vertically, and rotating 360 degrees.

A provider of FAA approved equipment racks and operator consoles, Helios Aerostructures provides their lightweight, modular equipment racks and consoles for the MAG Palletized ISR solution. Helios racks and consoles provide extensive flexibility for a wide variety of equipment and operator configurations, and are fielded on a variety of special mission aircraft.
