General Counsel
Lorna joined MAG in 2017 working the company’s legal matters including corporate governance, litigation, mergers and acquisition, employment, and regulatory compliance. In her role as General Counsel since June 2021, Lorna oversees the Contracts, Subcontracts, Procurement, Corporate Operations, Compliance, Safety, and Security functions. Prior to joining MAG, Lorna spent several years at BAE Systems Intelligence & Security sector largely supporting the contracts organization with Government and commercial contracts management.
Lorna received a B.A., in Business Management/Economics, and her M.B.A. from Clark University in Worcester, MA, and a J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law.
